How we look after your data

This explains what personal data Response60 collects, why, who we share it with and the rights you have. We've kept it in plain English.

Who we are

Response60 is a trading name of Cameron Allaway, a sole trader based in the North East of England. We help window and door installers win more work by running their ads, answering their enquiries and booking surveys into their diaries.

For anything in this policy, including requests about your data, email [email protected]. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

What we collect

When you check your area or ask about our service (on response60.com or in a Facebook or Instagram form): your name, business name, mobile number, email address, the area you cover, and your answers about the work you do. We also record which ad or page you came from.

When you try our demo (response60.com/demo): your first name, business name, mobile number and email address, so our AI assistant can ring you for the demo you asked for, and so we can follow up about it by phone and email.

When our AI assistant calls or texts you: the call audio, a written transcript, and the messages we exchange. Some of our calls and texts come from an AI assistant. Its calls are recorded and transcribed so it can book your appointment.

When you book or join a call: the booking details and any notes we make. We don't record Zoom calls unless we ask you first.

When you use our website: if you accept marketing cookies, the Meta Pixel collects information about your visit, such as pages viewed and whether you completed the form. We don't use it unless you agree.

When we contact businesses about our services: business contact details that are publicly available, for example on a company's website, in public business directories or at Companies House, and information about the ads a business runs from Meta's public Ad Library.

How we use it, and why we're allowed to

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We use trusted providers to run our business, and they only use your data on our instructions:

We may also share data if the law requires it.

Transfers outside the UK

Some of these providers are based in, or store data in, the United States or the EU. Where data leaves the UK, we rely on protections recognised under UK law, such as the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (the UK–US data bridge) or approved contract terms like the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You can ask us to:

Email [email protected]. We'll reply within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Cookies

Our website only uses the cookies it needs to work, unless you choose otherwise. The Meta Pixel, which helps us see whether our ads work, only runs if you accept marketing cookies. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link at the bottom of each page.

Keeping it safe

We use providers with strong security, keep access to your data limited to the people who need it, and protect our accounts with strong passwords and two-factor sign-in.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page if the way we use your data changes. The date below shows when it was last updated.
